Creating A Banner For A Homestead Website
Here is an excellent video about creating a banner for Homestead websites. The Sitebuilder program is actually a great tool to use for making photos links, or screen shots into HTML codes. Once you have created your pic, then you just use our HTML link provided to the left side of the page to get the code that is necessary to make it an active link connected to your website page of choice. I have personally found this to be useful in posting banners to my websites on Myspace, Craigslist, Blogger and other sites where HTML is used. There are site designed to help you make banners but usually the have an encryption of there website and a link to it attached to the photo.
I have used the Sitebuilder to create many banners. In this video it talks about using Gimp photo editing soft ware to assist in cropping the photo to the exact size that is necessary. Homestead websites is a great tool for making these into active links that will attract a lot more traffic to your site, when they are placed in strategic places. I actually figured out the process by studying someone's link that they sent to me to post on one of my websites, when we were doing a link exchange. So many things on the Internet can be figured out this way if we just take a little time to study what others have done. I am sure that you will succeed at creating a banner using the Homestead program after watching this video.
